What is the NE Atlanta Beltline project?
It is a 80-acre private-sector, mixed-use development in a rail corridor previously owned by Norfolk Southern railroad. It will be the first phase of the overall Beltline project to be implemented. The property is five miles long and represents approximately 22% of the full Beltline that loops around downtown Atlanta.

Who owns the property?
The NorthEast Atlanta Beltline
Group, LLC is the holding
company for a group of ownership
companies, for which Wayne
Mason is the managing member.

Who will actually build the
new buildings?
The NorthEast Atlanta Beltline
Group is master planning the
entire property and applying for
re-zoning as needed. They wil
be working with others who will
purchase and develop on sites
along the corridor. Projects will reflect smart growth principles in accordance with City of Atlanta zoning standards.
